Room available for rent on the 2nd floor 2–bedroom condo in West Norriton with pictures attached so you can visual it. It is an association community, which is well maintained, quiet and lovely. You have access to the pool and tennis courts. My condo is very well kept and clean. I have 2 beautiful sweet cats and a 2-sliding door length balcony.
Renter would have your own room with an organizer in the closet, which is the same size as my bedroom in the attached pictures. There is minimal storage and access to the house including cable, Internet access and a printer. It is a fully equipped kitchen with extra cabinets also including microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, veggie steamer, pots, pans, utensils to cook with, silverware, plates and bowls.
I would like a roommate who is working, reliable, easy-going, considerate, respectful and clean. Rent will be $500 per month plus utilities including electric and cable. Fortunately, the utilities are very reasonable about an extra $100 a month or less.
